Skeletal System

1. Find a diagram and label the important organs of the Skeletal System:

The Skeletal System

3. Give a explanation of what the skeletal system does:
The skeletal system is in charge of the way every human moves. The skeletal system is made up of more than 200 bones that plat an important part in every humans body. Each bonen has an important role, helping us move properly. The skeletal system is our whole skeleton. It also gives us structure so therefore, skin is apart of the skeletal system.

4. List important organs within the system:
- Skin
- Spin
- Hip
- Skull
- Ribs

5. Explain and give examples of 4 different types of joints:
Immovable Joints - They don't allow movement e.g. joints between your skull plates.
Pivot Joints - Allows for rotational movement joint between your skull e.g. your skull and spine joint.
Hinge Joints - Allows movement in only 1 direction e.g. your elbow or knee joint.
Ball & Socket Joint - Allow movement in many directions e.g. shoulder or hip joints.
